Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Participant

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have specific rights regarding service bookings:

• More than 7 Days Notice: Full 100% refund or free date transfer to any equivalent priced walk.
• 48 Hours to 7 Days Notice: 50% refund or free date rescheduling voucher valid for 12 months.
• Less than 48 Hours Notice: Non-refundable due to limited group capacity, though tickets are fully transferable to another person.

2. Cancellation by London Photo Walks Ltd

If a walk or workshop is cancelled by us due to extreme Met Office weather warnings or instructor illness, participants will receive a full 100% immediate refund or priority transfer to a future scheduled date.

3. Requesting a Refund

To cancel or reschedule a booking, please send your booking reference number and requested date to [email protected]. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
